No. Guided Launch is a one-time professional services fee, billed separately from your Reputify subscription. Your SaaS plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale) is billed on its own schedule.

After you request a package, we confirm scope on a short discovery call and send a Razorpay payment link. You pay once; Razorpay generates the GST-compliant invoice (INR) or tax invoice (USD). Payment is subject to our Professional Services Terms; your Reputify subscription remains under our Terms of Service. Implementation begins after payment and kickoff scheduling.

The launch window starts on your kickoff date (scheduled after payment), not when you sign up for a Reputify trial. Included support hours are for implementation during that window; unused hours do not roll over.

Guided Launch covers setup, configuration, and training—not ongoing review responses, paid ads, ORM, fake reviews, or 24×7 support. Google and Meta perform their own verifications; we guide you through the steps but cannot bypass platform policies.
