Does Profile Pulse automatically update my Google listing?
No. Nothing goes live without your sign-off. Every in-app fix requires you to click Validate with Google first — a dry run that confirms the format is accepted — then Review & Apply to push the change. You are always the final approver.
Which plan includes Profile Pulse?
The scan and Fix Centre (read-only view) are available on all plans including Starter. Owner-approved in-app fixes — phone, hours, photos, description, services — require a Growth or Scale plan.
What can’t Profile Pulse change?
Business name, map pin location, and primary category require you to update directly in Google Business Profile — we link you there with one click. These are intentionally excluded to follow Google policy and prevent accidental listing damage.
How often should I run a scan?
After any listing change, before a major festival or holiday, and at least once a month. Each scan takes about 30 seconds and shows you exactly what Google sees right now.
