On first sign-in, use the Connect Google Business Profile wizard: sign in with Google, choose your location, and confirm import—no code or Place ID required. Reputify then syncs reviews and business details automatically. For additional branches later, add each location and link its Google listing from Google Connection. Your first location is created when you import from Google in the setup wizard. For each additional branch, add the location in Reputify and link its Google Business Profile on Google Connection. Starter supports one location; Growth supports up to three; Scale supports unlimited locations and users. From one dashboard you can manage permissions, assignments, and workflows across the locations on your plan.
After you sign up, owners go through a four-step wizard: Connect with Google, choose your location, confirm import, and a short review sync screen—then your dashboard opens. From there you can set brand voice (where your plan includes AI), configure review requests or campaigns, and explore analytics. Most teams are productive within their first session.
